The NYS Institute for Health Transition Training conducts training sessions throughout New York State to introduce users to the Health Transitions Curriculum and Tools. We are also available to do "inservice" trainings with office staff at health care practice sites. Standard presentations are available for 1-hour, 90 minute or ½ day workshops. We are also happy to tailor training sessions to your organization's specific needs. If you would like to book a training session, please contact Regina McConnell at McConneR@upstate.edu or by phone at 315-464-7561. Training sessions are free.
